There's gonna be some seriously angry people! Especially over the the fact that of the 60K in Que, they only plan on accepting 30K over the next 2 years.
How long do you think it will be before someone pulls out the "Unconstitutional" card?

30k for only PGP? Thought that was all family. Thought it was pretty obvious that there would not be another EOI this year after the announcement of no draw this year. That said IRCC seems to be hinting there will be no EOI until current list is exhausted. Given that some people should have never qualified to enter the EOI I wish IRCC would actually refuse those applications to be fair to those who actually followed the rules. This will just push more to file H&C applications as an attempt to circumvent the PGP program. Wish that the government would stress that a supervisa is not a permanent move to Canada and that families need to be planning for care in their home countries. We are going to end up with having to try to deport seniors and with large unpaid hospital bills.
Parent sponsorship won’t stand up to a constitutional challenge. Spouse and dependent children reunification (although that is typically possible via WPs and SPs) have more of a case.
Potentially but family for immigration purposes is still defined as spouses and dependent children under 22 even if deemed unconstitutional the volume of applications approved would unlikely to be imposed. The fact that you can’t include parents and grandparents on initial PR applications means would be an argument that parent sponsorship was never intended to be guaranteed.
As I mentioned in my previous post and I highly recommend you to move to another extremist conservative country, which they value your cultural heritage and faiths because Canada is not a Christian country FYI if you can’t find theme on map will name several countries let me know!

As I said multiple times you can simply move out to extremist conservative country around you or if you don’t know where you should live I will give some conservative places which is good land to live in so Canada is not a Christian country that you’re looking for.
This is not attempting or giving examples but rather than is realistic in your life so no point you are still in Canada does not make any sense, should try find at least a good pace that respect your values or whatever you have it but not in Canada
I can research more and deeply on behalf of you, if you can’t find the right place to live and chill.

Although I'm not really sure how religious beliefs play into government policy making, unless of course you're praying for some sort of miracle.....
