I sent in my PGP application ELECTRONICALLY to sponsor my parents on November 2021. I filled out the application for them. I received an email asking me to redo IMM5406 and IMM5669. Both documents were filled out directly on the website, and I was stupid enough not to take a picture of what I had written. For the IMM5669, I had added an overlap in UNEMPLOYMENT with an out-of-country visit. The only reason I had to put the "unemployed" part for my mom's application is because when she had applied for a visa 2 years ago, she added that she was a homemaker, but in reality, she was working a couple hours a week. For fear of IRCC cross-checking the information, I kept it as "unemployed." IIRCC returned the form saying that there was a GAP instead. To keep things, simple, I just want to change it to "employed" so there is no overlap or gap this time. My question is: do they crosscheck the information from the first form that you had submitted to the new one? If so, I will just write an explanation letter but I do not want it to open a whole new can of worms. I am probably overthinking this, but i would love some input on what is the best route to take. Thanks!
