My son fill intrest to sponsor form in 2020 luckily he got ITA in 2021 but unfortunately he is not eligible for both parents so he apply just for me (father ) but they consider family of three not two that's why file was refused due to financial issue on June 13.. 2024 .but now 2021 /22/23 He is eligible in financial. Please suggest me what can I do now. .?

Unfortunately he was correctly refused. He can appeal the decision but I think this will be a waste of money since he was correctly refused. He needed to have enough income to cover both parents even if only one was applying for PR
He will need to reapply. This means waiting until he meets the income requirements and for the PGP expression of interest to reopen. Then he has to wait to be selected again.

You can request reconsideration but I don't see the argument for reconsideration. Your son didn't meet LICO. Reconsideration works when someone meets the requirements and was incorrectly refused.
Just clarifying if you have already gone through JR that has essentially confirmed that the file was correctly denied. Agree no point in reconsideration given he hasn’t met LICO. Your son applied when he didn’t qualify so not sure what you were expecting.
