PGP application in 2019

Hi,
as we know tomorrow on 28th Jan PGP application portal opening at 12 noon. i checked my eligibility and don't meet the income requirement, the income i require in last 3 years is 83k, 84k, 85k
where as what i have is likely 54k, 78k, 80k.

Is there anyway to add some 'other income' (in back years as well) give additional taxes in order to meet the requirement? pls advise.
