Hello Guys,

In filling out the application forms for both sponsor and applicant. Can I just Print the application form first before fill up using pen and then scan it on PDF.
then upload it on the PR CIC account portal?

Yes, you can do that. However this increases the chances of errors and delays. It is much better to complete the form on your computer.

The application advices to fill the forms online through the portal only.
