Had applied for PGP 2019, Application date : 13-June-2019, Medical passed - Feb. 2020, PCC - July 2020, Additional document provided : Oct. 2020.
GCMS Notes say PR Application APPROVED Oct. 2020, but file has been moved from IRCC Mississauga->CIC Calgary->CIC Ottawa (Mar. 2021), and no information for CoPR received so far. Please advise what the below Note-1 to Note-4 means. Thanks.

Should the applicant not land before the expiry of the medical, a new IME will be required. Please pick-up this IME number again in order to update the medical validity on the application.
