PGCE points for express entry immigration

I am NOT the main applicant and I have a PGCE. My husband is the main applicant and he is a pharmacist. Will the PGCE make a difference in our ranking or points?

Do you have an ECA for it? If so calculate CRS points and see if it makes a difference.
