Pg diploma after m.tech

i have done my b.tech with 74% in 2014
And m.tech with 84% from 2015-2017
In cse stream.
I have some queries . Plz suggest me right
1. Is it advisable to take pg diploma after masters ? Nd wht course I should apply in
2. Is i get visa easily?
3. Can I get admission in advanced project management? Is this course can we apply Nd get visa?
4. Wht is the scope of this course Nd wht kind of job I cn get?
My ielts score is 7.
Speaking 6.5
Writing 6.5
Listening 7

Better to try for second master's rather than pg diploma because your profile is strong enough to get into a reputated university.
OR write a strong SOP if you want to go for pg diploma after master's

I dont get it why people go for pg diploma (lower level) after their masters which is at higher level?
