Pg certification relevance and job opportunities

Hi,
I have done my BTech from India and now I wanted to do MBA from Canada but it's out of my budget.
And I was told that as I have done BTech , it's better to do Post Graduation diploma in Project Management.
Is project management a good area ?
What's the scope?
After one year course, will I get a job?
Is it a good option to go for this course?

It's a bad option if you aim is to get PR. You should take at least a 2 year program so that you get a 3 year post graduate work permit (and even then PR is not guaranteed).

No - there is certainly no guarantee you will get a job after completing this course.
