hi! i am a father of an illigitimate child i want to get her with my wife. She's with me since she was 2 years old, her mother abandoned her at that time. My employer will nominee me next year to process my permanent residency and i am planning to file the papers of my wife and my daugther together with my application. I just want to ask if i would not have a problem in my application and in getting my wife and daugther?

You shouldn't if you follow the guides and submit the paperwork they're asking for. Unless it says you can't apply for wife and illegitimate child in there.

Ok I have to ask, "what country is your illigetimate child from?" Canada? OR, and if not, what country will you be removing the child from his/her biological mother from? Despite the abandonment, this could be a potential snag.
