Friends should i write in "Name of company, employer, school, facility, as applicable" the NAME of the facility i was attending OR NAME And ADDRESS would be better.

and what date should i put for my current job as from <date> to <???>
should i leave it blank, take a print and write with black pen <Present>

For current JOb , after printing the appplication you could write there "Till Date" or "Ongoing"

FOr Name of employer/Company - Name and location is enough - for ex COmpany a , Canada or College Name, Location (ex .. x Univesity, Bangalore)

if its asking for the name of employer, only state that or with a city and country. no need to give address unless it is specifically asked.

you could write with a black pen the word "current". I can't remember what i did but i think i actually put in the month and year when i made the application. Even if they think that i was unemployed after that, it wouldn't determine my success in my application and it was accurate as of signing. My letter from employers did state current for the to part.
