Personal Loan effect on PR visa

Dear All,

Is anyone aware of the effects on your PR visa due to personal loan.
I have personal loan of 5.5 lakh for 3 years term
and will be able to show POF with the gift deed from parents and FD (will be able to show the funds easily)

But still, Will it effect my file to get it rejected for Visa.
Note: EMI is half of my salary per month.

Kindly help me in this as it is a serious issue for me because I am also planning to got canada and clear my debt in future.

As long as you have enough and more to show as pof , loan does not have any impact unless the visa officer finds the loan to be a liability on your proof of funds.

Hi Sir,

Just one more thing to confirm.
I will be able to show the POF for $12500 Cad not more than that.

I hope that will be acceptable anyhow. Is it?
