I have POF query please help with it.
In oct, 2017 I have taken personal loan for some other reason and transferred amount to my brother account. I am paying emi for same and emi is deducting from my salary account. I have saving in salary account coming from salary.
I will be applying PR for 1 family member. I am planning POF (Saving in my account + EPF + Gift deed (for remaining account from my father).
My question are:
1. For POF should I minus personal loan amount?
2. Can I give LOE that I will paying personal loan with continuous emi like I am doing right now?
3. Do I have to clear personal loan before landing to canada?
4. What will be effect of personal loan on application? I have not used single rupee of personal loan amount as POF what is best way to explain this?
