Hi,

I was 2 - 3 months unemployed and I am trying to enter information regarding that period. I have 2 questions as below. How should I fill those questions up.

Please describe what this person was doing during this period (e.g. job title, position, etc.)

Please provide the name of the company, employer, school, or facility as appropriate?

simple. Just put unemployed and when did you get unemployed and when it ended. No need to write any facility, just the place (country or city, where you were unemployed).

home or unemployed again. That history is just to see what were you doing. They have no problems of somebody being unemployed

How to put for freelancer in Open Work Permit application ? Can I leave that column as unemployed?
