Me and my spouse were students in Canada, as a student he did 3 part time jobs, now for the work history we have mentioned the full time job he has while working on pgwp. But for personal history section, all the time he had a study permit, for that period we have mentioned as ' educational activity'. As part time work dates were overlapping with semester dates, we did not mention those. Plus he was bit scared as he worked above permitted 20 hrs for a period of 2 months along with ongoing co-op (i.e he worked for 24 hrs). So someone recommend us to mention everything as education activity as education was primary for that period. Now we are too scared. What will happen, will we get deported or banned for misrepresentation?
