While working on mt Post-Graduate Work Permit, I registered as a CPA Ontario student under the "University Graduate" stream. I took short-term (2 months each) distance learning courses. How should I describe this in the personal history section? First, as "Organisation", then as "Education", or just "Organisation" while mentioning that I did take those courses? Which precise wording should I use? Also, for the last question, should I then put "Yes" since I listed all the organisations I belong to?

If you were on your work permit then choose organization and mention internal training, distance learning courses.
I'm not sure what the last question is, but generally speaking, use your common sense, if it makes sense to you then it makes sense to the officer.

Best of luck,

So, I would mention "CPA Ontario" as Organization, and in the activity section would say "Took distance-learning courses" (since the space is limited), and in the explanatory letter, elaborate on it saying "Took short-term (2 month) distance-learning preparatory courses". Is that OK?

Did you have a study permit while taking the course in CPA Ontario?
