I have a specific question regarding a gap and its representation in the personal history section. So I left a Job in Dec 2 2010. I got another job offer on 18th Dec 2010 and got my offer letter on 4th Jan 2011. I was to join on 9 Jan 2011. However, due to background checks it got delayed and I finally joined on 25th Jan 2011.
If we look from the month perspective on the form, its just one after the other. But on more granular level, it is 53 days. I have the following options. Please help me choose the more appropriate one:
a)
2011-01 XXXX - XX employed
2010-12 2011-01 unemployed
XXXX-XX 2010-12 employed
b)
2011-01 XXXX - XX employed
XXXX-XX 2010-12 employed
