yes u have to give all the details regarding ur past time after ur 18th birthday till now .. what u did with out gaps studied work ... etc. in the background declarations

if u can provide any proof of ur temp. employment then only mention it. 2 months gap is not a big issue , u can write unemployed during this period.

Once again:
It doesn't matter whether the company was closed or not.
You worked there? Therefore you have to state it in your personal history.
Even though the company ceased to exist but your experience didn't!
