Personal assets, How can i cover?

Hello
If i want to cover the refusal reason "Personal assets and financial status" for my wife.
Please Note: 1- i will not go with here.2-My wife have not large number of assets.

She will apply by my assets, Her father's assets and my father's assets.Also she will apply with sponsor letters from me, her father and my father including affidavit that she will return to home country after finished study.

Is it enough?
Or i must do more? What i must to do?

If you are showing proof for living expenses then the assets must be liquid or easily liquidated. Property cannot be sold that easily compared to withdrawing money in the bank.
