Person who got +ve GCMS/CAIPS

Do you thing people like me who have their GCMS/CAIPS saying - Every thing is OK and ECU-MPR and have a certain DUE DATE, should start preparing their Canada Struggle like getting our edu. cert. evaluated etc. as it takes 4-6 months when you reach there and then apply.
