Hi All,

I have skilled worker application at my home country since mid 2008.

Then almost a year ago got a temporary job offer with LMO for 6 month and extended it with new LMO for other year.

Now my employer is willing to give me a permanent job offer. My questions are:

[1] Is it legal to get such an offer while I am on a temporary work permit?

[2] Is there a specific form/template to fill to send to the embassy in my home country to update my skilled worker application and make it with arranged employment offer? Should I refill all applications?

I want to use

I assume that once I have a permanent job offer, they should start processing my file immediately. I do not like to reapply from here, as my file over there is almost complete (IELTS, documents).

Thanks for your help.
Mina

1. Yes, it's legal
2. No, you have to do a new application
