Have anyone applied for PR travel document inside Canada? and how long should it take?
I became PR on March 13, based on CIC processing times, i should get my PR Card in 44 days ( beginning of May). However i think its not guaranteed and i need to go back to my country by June. I want to buy a flight ticket now for cheaper instead of waiting until i got my card. Do u guys think i should apply for the travel document? and anyone got their PR card arrived really late?

Nobody has, because it's not permitted.

PRTDs can only be obtained from the visa office that is serving the foreign country that you are in, while you are there. You can not apply from Canada...
