My wife is home in the Ukraine, she has PR but we have not received the card yet. She went to the office and was informed she needs to make an appointment, and that she needs to leave her passport there and there really is no time frame on how long this could take. I am goin there in a few weeks and we have a ticket back for 3 weeks later. Should we be concerned, how long does this usually take? Anyone have any past experience with this?
