Hello,

I am a permanent resident through refugee program. I have my passport of my original nationality, and I have a Schengen visa on this passport that I applied for at the Spanish Consulate in Toronto.

When I travel to Europe, can I land in Germany for example? Or I should land in Spain first?

If I can land in Germany, will I be asked questions on why I didn't land in Spain first?

Thanks,,

I assume, that you want eventually loose your PR, when you intend to use your original passport. You can only use refugee travel document. If you use that passport you might loose PR later. that passport is to never ever be renewed or used again.
Unless of course the reasons for your refuge are no more there and you want to return to your home country.

As for the question for Schengen visa. It does not matter where you land with them. But it is a good idea to have prepared itinerary like you were showing when asking for this visa

You shouldn’t be travelling on your home country passport. It can cause you significant problems later on in Canada. This is considered a good reason to revoke your PR status for reavailment.

Hi, how long did it take you to get Schengen visa? I’m trying to go to Toronto for an interview from Saskatchewan. Thanks!
