Permanent Resident status lost, what to do next?

Hi,

I just received a letter that my application for Travel Document was refused due to insufficient reasons. It states in the letter that I can appeal but I chose not to since I really don't have a strong case to win an appeal.

In my understanding and also from reading and asking in this forum that once you lose you PR status you can re-apply in Express Pass.

So my question is what will I do next? because in the letter it says that if I decided not to appeal then the my lost of PR status will be final but it doesn't says there if I need to reply or confirm that I will be not appealing the I accept the lost of my status?

Or I can immediately apply to express pass right now?

1. You have to wait for 30 days until the appeal period is over, before you could submit an application under Express Entry.
