Permanent Resident Profile didn't show up after got a ITA

Hey people, How are you?

My wife and I got the ITA last March 25th but nothing chances in the system. I still have only the EE profile, I didn't have even the "decline" button for the ITA. I think is a bug or glitch - did something like that happen with someone here? How can I try to fix that?

Check for messages on your EE profile. You would have received an ITA message.
 
Is not that simple :(
I already read the ITA message inside the EE profile.
After a received the ITA ther is no PR profile to continue the process or even to decline ghar.
I'm afraid that's a big glitch on my case and it's impossible to reach out cic over the phone or emaul.
