Hi everyone, my husband and i are currently putting together his application for permanent residence. he just got a job offer that is paying significantly more than his current job of(6years) we still both want to move to Canada a.s.a.p. but he is thinking of accepting the job so he can save even more during the waiting period of the application.

QUESTION:
Will the Canadian immigration see this as a red flag as why will he change jobs now as he is planning on moving? and will this have an impact on our "intent" to move to Canada? as I currently live outside of Canada and have to prove "intent" of moving back... ?

Any info will be appreciated!!

Hi

There is no "our intent". You as the sponsor need to prove you are returning to Canada. The applicant does not. He is fine to take the job.
