I tried to submit my resignation but my employer threaten me to report to the Immigration and hes saying that I cannot quit my job.You should certainly be able to quit. However since you say you signed a 2 year contract, you should check to see what the terms of that contract were before you actually quit. Since this is a fast food restaurant, there shouldn't be any issues quitting.

There's nothing specified in my contract im regards to resignation..It stated on the duration of Contract that: This contract shall have duration of Permanent Full Time for an indeterminate period.

If you are PR, and have been there a year past getting PR then you can quit. But best to ask an immigration lawyer as you received nomination based on the job offer.I think so because i remember before i got choosen for PNP my points was just right ..
