Hi Dear Colleagues,

I have two questions,

1: My first landing in May this yr and stay there for one month. Is there any possibilty that CIC or any other agency need my phusical presence for issuing of PR Card, what I know from different blog that the maximum objection is Photo and you can submit by mail..

2: Second question, I will leave Canada after one month, Is it legal/illegal or no law that mail or someone(relative/friend) carry my PR card and handover to me in my present location outside Canada .

Regards

1. No.
2. It is not illegal to mail/courier PR cards in/out of Canada.

Though I have very little knowledge on this issue but What I know , there is no such possibility of physical presence for issuance of PR card and there is no law to restrict some one to carry or mail ur PR card .
