My Mother's PR application is in the process since February 2008. Her application currently in New Delhi Office. Last week we got and email to complete her Medical checkup, send the police clearance reports
and pay the Right of Permanent Residene fee ( $ 490) within 30 days. We are doing her Medical Checkup in Toronto next week ( She is Toronto on her visitor visa till the end of July 2015) and planning to send all the documents next week. After I mail all the documents, can I request the New Delhi CIC to transfer all the upcoming process to CIC Toronto because she is currently in Canada till the end of July ?
It doesn't make sense to mail the documents to New Delhi when she is already in Canada and will be very inconveniet if she gets a call for an interview in New Delhi. Does anyone have information on this ?
