Permanent residency under PNP Manitoba

I am graduate and have 3 years of work experience as supervisor in Tour and travel company in India.
Completed 2 years of diploma of Hospitality management in Australia.
Currently working in Restaurant as Supervisor from last 1 year.
I have got 6 bands in IELTS.
I have friend in Manitoba (owner/truck driver)

Can I apply for Canadian permanent residency under Canada PNP in general or any other catagory?
