Permanent Residency Portal login error

I am trying to login to the portal to check the status of my application but it keeps telling me my username & password are wrong! I reset the password twice and still, the same error. Is anybody else experiencing the same issue?

My bad, Google had taken me to Representative Portal & I didn't pay attention!
