I'm hoping someone knows the process because i'm finding it hard to get correct info.
I am applying for PR and living in Quebec with my common law girlfriend who is from Quebec.
Do I start applying through the Federal system the Quebec? or do I have to start with Quebec?
As for the work permit can I apply through the federal system and then through Quebec in order to be able to work with it?
