Hello everybody can I immigrate to Canada if I don't have a status in the United States I'm applying for permanent resident by the Atlantic immigration pilot program I have a job offer from a Canadian employer also I have the endorsement by The Province I have all the requirements I'm very scared to go back to my home country because its kind of dangers and I have a family I I want to take them back where I grew up please if somebody can help me with this question

Yes - you can immigrate to Canada and become a PR without having status in the US as long as you have a valid passport. Make sure you are 100% honest about your immigration history and status in the US in your application

Note that you should not expect a temporary work permit to be approved if you are out of status in the US. However you shouldn't have any issues applying for PR.
