My pr got granted and I got a passport request in the beginning of this month
I submitted my passport and pictures through vfs then I didn't get a reply for about 20 days
Now last day I got a mail from vfs that my envolop is getting returned to me and its stated that IRCC needs additional documents to process my application
What does it mean can anyone explain
