Permanent residence

Hi every one, I hope ya all doing great.
Am here to ask you for help,
Recently I recently notice of visa approval and letter saying "permanent resident visa has now been issued "
What does that mean and what is the next step for me?
Ps: am applying under group of five program.
I would humble appreciate your responses.
