Can someone apply for PR under the Provincial Nomination which is not under the express entry and still apply for Permanent residence if granted ITA under CEC?

The reason why i asked the question is because i have a provincial nomination letter but it is not considered under EE. I have an EE profile and i am awaiting an invitation. What happens when if i apply for PR under the provincial nomination for which i received the nomination letter and i get an invitation letter under EE?

I think you can apply for PR through different stream at the same time. I'm doing the same thing, I have an EE profile and I have been waiting for OINP employer pre-screen for more than 1 year. I think once you get PR via either stream, you can withdraw the application in the other stream.
You are right Caesarpy. The PNP is paper based and it is not under EE hence i can't get points for that. But thanks for your in put. I will apply for both if i get the EE invitation and withdraw one when i get the PR
