Presently, I'm in Nigeria but I intend to relocate to Canada to live and work.
Just want to ask, if after applying for a job in Canada , a company gave my an offer and I use the letter to apply for pr visa in nigeria and was eventually granted by the canadian embassy,
I want to ask , if it is possible for me to change job or I cant change job.

That's not really how it works. A job offer isn't enough to get you a PR visa.

To answer your question, once you are a PR - you can work for anyone you want to.

An open work permit allows you to work for any employer. You don't qualify for an open work permit.

A closed work permit only allows you to work for a specific employer. To qualify to apply for a closed work permit, you need to secure a job offer in Canada and your employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA. Generally speaking, it's extremely difficult to find employers who are willing to go through the LMIA process.
