hello,,,my status here in canada is permanent residence, and i want to marry my boyfriend who's US citizen. is there a big chance for me to get my spouse even if my status is just permanent residence?
im a live in caregiver,, been here in canada for more than 3 years now.

A permanent resident can sponsor a spouse.

Keep in mind that you will be required to sign an agreement to sponsor him for 3 years. If something happens and he ends up on public assistance, you'll be reimbursing the government for it.

Good luck.

what do u mean with public assistance? when he gets accident and not able to work? or have serious illness? etc?

marriage certificate is the only proof so problem or not????????

I married to my cousin two years ago in India. I have marriage certificate and that is the only proof so i can prove my marriage to my cousin. I do not have any other proof. so if there will be an interview call then how can I prove my marriage is genuine or what visa officer will ask question to me and my wife?

please help me and is there any chances to refuse my visa on the basis of marriage.

PLEASE HELP ME.........................DEAR FRIEND....WHAT TO DO?
