Permanent Residence file number - how can I get it?

One of the web forms in MyCIC wants me to enter a "Permanent Residence (PM) file number" (from my last year's application for PR under FSWP). Where can I get it? My last year's application was returned due to cap; it has a UCI (filled in with pencil) but I cannot find the PR file number mentioned anywhere.

so if we had sent a application long time bak.. and returned to us due to
1) Quota full or
2) incomplete documents, i.e. before 2008

we dont have to worry abt UCI??

My application was returned due to cap, but they have filled in UCI in the first form.

I filled the UCI number and said yes to filing for PR as the letter returned with all docs say that. For file no. I have written FSW 2014 application returned due to maximum cap. You can write something similar. Don't write rejected as the letter doesn't say that.

I got my PR file number but they returned my application the reason is mentioned incomplete. So what would be happened if i resubmit my application. I mean how long it will take in process.

What is the PR file number
I have landing papers with me, is it the one starting with T followed by 9 digits on right side

Or the one starting with B followed by 8 digits.
