Permanent residence card status

Hello friends,

when my wife checks her permanent residence card status online, we see this message:

Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on February 3, 2015. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

Does this mean we have to go pick it up or is everything okay?

one question... where did u check the status of your PR card. I have been waiting for mine since last 2 months and so...

Call 1-888-242-2100 (CIC Call Centre) for the status of your card (have passport/copr ready to verify data).
