I have applied for permenent residence through pnp invitation in December. I just got this email as:

This email is to notify you that your permanent residence application status has been updated on your IRCC Permanent Residence portal account.

i logged in to see what’s been updated but nothing is there? What does this mean?

it means that you are looking at the wrong section...
