I need some information to apply for PR. I was student in canada and What the docoment I need to apply for PR.

Somebody told me to do VAC from my home country. I dont know what is VAC he was talking like VAC is nothing its just a online varification of your documents or study document.

I need proper information about it and how to apply for this and how long it will take to done and fees.
