Hi all,

As the topic says , it's been 12 years that i reside here in Italy. Live with husband and 3kids. We are planning in migrating to Canada(not to Quebec though ) . What are the ways to apply and what way? Any trustworthy agents who operate there? I would like my children to follow their education in English and it's my dream to come to Canada from childhood! :(
My sister in law is a citizen there living with her family.

Most of the people say the ONLY was is by getting the ITALIAN CITIZENSHIP and then trying. But, I will be applying for it this year and it takes from 2-4years for an answer!

I would really wish if any one advises me what are the ways of migrating, whether PNP or family, student ..am really confused..Thank you so much in advance..cheers!

You don't need Italian Citizenship to apply.

To determine which immigration program works best for your family, you will have to spend time researching this information on the CIC web site and on the Provincial web sites. If you don't have the time or don't feel comfortable doing this research yourself, then you should hire an immigration attorney or consultant to do this work on your behalf.

Thank you so much for replying :)

I did go through the CIC site and did the quiz to see whether i am eligible but, unfortunately am not :( so was trying to find out whether there are "agents" who help in finding a job and help with PR. any idea?

I'm not familiar with any agents. Hopefully someone else will have a recommendation.

If you want to work with a reputable lawyer, you can try David Cohen whose firm pays for the hosting of this forum.

Yeah, I know about David Cohen. and thanks again for nominating :) will do some research and hope someone else answers too..

thanks again ..hv a nice day !
