i hv applied on 21st june 2010 without medicals in cgc chandigarh and still status is under processing

I applied on 21st june under non SPP category... Then got my medical call near 11-12th july... Got medical done on 17th july... and now got call for resubmission of passport on 27th july...

Now waiting for the final stamp...

Gillz, yours will take time Bcoz its under University student visa - so be patient buddy

FOR REST OF guys- I Empathize with you all. it must be getting on your nerves but guys why not offer some SIFARSH to GOD,i meant to say PRAY guys so that everything goes well.

CHD embassy is taking ages already so A rough guess would be - 30-40 days from the date of your application or maybe MORE..

But do not worry..just keep yourself busy otherwise 30 days will feel like 30 months.

I applied on 5th July under University category, without medicals, so far no response. Now 15th August is the deadline to pay the first installment of my hostel fee at the univ.I don't know why they are taking time with some cases?

you know how well the CHD embassy is doing (most of our frnz who applied way before u are waiting n waiting) ! so i'll be amazed if you hear anything frm embassy before 5 august..

Since 15 aug is at hand so I guess u will have to find some other accomodation which ain't a big problem..Many indians gonna be there..

I applied on 29th June and got my Medical call on 25th . Hopeful to get visa on Time. Applied from Islamabad Pakistan. Their are 5 people I know who applied in same batch and got the medical
