WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT INDICATE? IS THIS A GOOD SIGN? WHY DOESN'T IT SAY " IN PROCESS"?

They have received your documents. Thats it. The have not started checking it for eligibility. Once they start checking it and you are eligible your file status will change to In Process

Thank you for the reply. Let's just wait and see I guess. I wonder how long it will take for them to review it...
