PENDING SPONSORSHIP AND APPLYING FOR TOURIST VISA

Hello,
My mother has pending family class sponsorship and she's currently in philippines as she was asked to do voluntary exit in 2012 as her tourist visa expired. My question is what is the chance to get approved if she plans to apply again for tourist visa taking into consideration her voluntary exit and pending sponsorship application? those with same experience/issue, please share your thoughts!!!

By pending, you mean an application for PR has already been submitted right? Based on one case I know personally . . .
her chances are "slim to none".

her sponsorship application for pr is already in process since march 2011. if she applies for tourist visa and get denied, will this affect the pending pr application?

If she has lots of proof that she will return to the Philippines she might be approved, but it doesn't look good that she was asked to leave last time. When they give tourist visas or TRVs you are expected to leave on or by the expires date. This may affect future trv applications.

Denial of a trv shouldn't affect your PR application but if she is given a TRV and overstays the visa again then that probably will affect the pr application.
