PEI Pnp Application

Good day All,
I have submitted an EOI for PEI PNP on September of 2019. As at now I am waiting on a response from the PEI Govt regarding my submission . But I have noticed I do not have a file number in my submission. Why is this so? When Can I access/ Obtain a file Number ?

FIle number will be given by PEI when they nominate you, before that it will stay empty
