Peculiar Problem Pls help

Hi

I recently applied in Chef category but got a rejection on 11/5/2012 at the very first stage due to incomplete eduction documents according to CIC. My questions are this :

1. Do i get my file back as my original ielts and some important documents are with them ?
2. Do i get my draft back ?
3. I named my son as a dependent ( as he was part time student) in the application but now he wants to apply as manager as he is working also. Will this create a problem for him as his name is in the Canadian CIC database and they might treat him as an dependent ?

1) yes you will get all documents back
2) yes you will get file back
3) No it wont create any problem for him.
