Pebc vs wes fir CEC EE

Hi i have a question
I am foriegn gradute pharmacist one year experience back home
Currently i am working in canada as retail store supervisor (one year experience) will apply for CEC EE on this base
I have question
I alredy got my ECA report from PEBC ,can i use this report to claim point for my studies even i work in Canada as a retail supervisor which is totally different from my studies?????
Or i should get my ECS report from
Wes??
